Karissa Lam, BCBA, is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with 7 years of experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). She has worked across a variety of settings, including school, telehealth, home, clinic, and community, providing supervision and mentorship to behavior consultants. In this role, Karissa has supported clinical decision-making, ensured fidelity of program implementation, reviewed and provided feedback on documentation, and facilitated ongoing professional development. She has also played a key role in maintaining quality assurance and aligning clinical practices with current ethical and professional standards in the field.
