Maresha Wagner, LCSW, is a licensed clinical social worker with over a decade of experience supporting children and families through some of life’s most challenging moments. Her background spans child welfare, adoption services, hospital settings, and community-based programs. Maresha has worked extensively with children navigating trauma, grief, medical challenges, foster care, and emotional or behavioral concerns. She is deeply passionate about helping families grow stronger together by fostering resilience, connection, and emotional safety. Her therapeutic approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in trauma-informed, client-centered care. Maresha draws from a range of evidence-based practices and developmentally appropriate interventions to support children and families navigating complex emotional and developmental challenges. She prioritizes building trusting relationships and works closely with caregivers to strengthen parenting skills, build confidence, and create nurturing home environments where children can thrive. Maresha often incorporates psychoeducation, strengths-based strategies, and tools to support emotional regulation and healing. She believes in meeting families where they are, honoring their lived experiences, and walking alongside them to promote meaningful, lasting growth. Outside of her clinical work, Maresha enjoys spending quality time with her partner and child—whether they’re off on weekend adventures or simply relaxing at home. She loves taking walks with their dog, discovering new travel destinations, dancing salsa, and unwinding with a good movie or TV series (and is always open to recommendations!).
