Anesa Doyle, PhD, BCBA, COBA, is a Parent Specialist at Little Otter Health and a dedicated advocate for family-centered mental health care. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with a PhD in Psychology, she brings a rich background in supporting families through evidence-based practices. Anesa serves as an Associate Professor, teaching Applied Behavior Analysis at the graduate level, and is passionate about caregiver training, sustainable behavior change, and practical strategies that foster meaningful progress in the home. She is also the inventor of a children’s product designed to support selective eating, helping families and caregivers navigate mealtime challenges with confidence and compassion.

Anesa holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Development and a Master’s in Early Childhood Education from The Ohio State University, completed post-graduate training in Applied Behavior Analysis at Ball State University, and earned her PhD in Psychology from Capella University with a research focus on gamification, engagement, and best-practice training types. Her professional passion lies in creating accessible tools and interventions that empower caregivers while prioritizing the well-being of the entire family system. Anesa lives in Huntington Beach, California, with her husband and two children.
