Diana Gutierrez, LCSW, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Clinical Lead at Little Otter, with over a decade of experience supporting children and families. She earned her Master’s in Social Work from California State University, Northridge, and is trained in Parent Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), Managing and Adapting Practice (MAP), and holds a certificate in Maternal Mental Health.

Diana specializes in early intervention and works closely with children experiencing anxiety, depression, and emotional regulation challenges. She partners with caregivers to build practical, evidence-based strategies and deeply values the power of the parent- child relationship as the foundation for longterm emotional well-being. As a mother herself, she brings warmth, empathy, and a family centered approach to her care. In her role as Clinical Lead, Diana supports fellow providers through reflective practice, promoting clinical growth while encouraging balance and the prioritization of their own well-being. Outside of work, Diana enjoys reading, exploring new foods, and spending quality time with her loved ones.
