Jennifer Bobadilla is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Clinical Lead at Little Otter, with over a decade of experience supporting children and their families. She earned her Master’s degree in Counseling, with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy, from California State University, Fullerton. Jennifer’s depth as a clinician is grounded in her extensive work across a variety of settings, including children’s non-profits, adolescent residential treatment centers, community agencies, and private practice. Her passion for working with children and families is at the heart of her approach, which is rooted in empathy, collaboration, and trust.

Jennifer specializes in evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Trauma-Focused CBT, and has advanced training in Child-Centered Play Therapy and Attachment Theory. In her leadership role at Little Otter, Jennifer is also dedicated to mentoring and supporting fellow clinicians. She finds deep fulfillment in helping therapists grow in skill, confidence, and clinical insight. Jennifer lives in Orange County, California with her husband and son, and enjoys spending quality time with her family while prioritizing the same self-care practices she encourages in the families she supports.
