She/Her
Alexandra Sokoloff, LCSW, is a licensed clinical social worker with over five years of experience supporting children, adolescents, adults, and families across a range of settings, including schools, nonprofits, and community-based programs. She is passionate about helping individuals and families heal from difficult or overwhelming experiences and is deeply committed to building meaningful therapeutic relationships grounded in trust, collaboration, and hope.
Alexandra’s clinical work is rooted in trauma-informed care and evidence-based practices, including Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). She integrates a flexible, creative, and strengths-based approach tailored to each client’s unique needs, often incorporating motivational interviewing, solution-focused techniques, and family-based strategies to support progress in a way that feels both achievable and engaging.
At the heart of Alexandra’s work is the belief that every child holds their own unique strengths—and that therapy should be a safe, affirming space where children and caregivers feel seen, supported, and empowered. She approaches each family with curiosity, warmth, and deep respect, partnering with caregivers to explore challenges, celebrate resilience, and cultivate lasting change.
Outside of her clinical work, Alexandra enjoys spending time in nature, relaxing at the beach, watching soccer and other sports, and learning to play guitar and piano.
