Anesa Doyle, PhD, BCBA, COBA, is a Parent Specialist at Little Otter Health and a dedicated advocate for family-centered mental health care. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with a PhD in Psychology, she brings extensive experience supporting families through evidence-based practices. Anesa also serves as an Associate Professor, teaching Applied Behavior Analysis at the graduate level, and is passionate about caregiver training, sustainable behavior change, and practical strategies that foster meaningful progress in the home. She is the inventor of a children’s product designed to support selective eating, helping families navigate mealtime challenges with confidence and compassion. Anesa holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Development and a Master’s in Early Childhood Education from The Ohio State University, completed post-graduate training in Applied Behavior Analysis at Ball State University, and earned her PhD in Psychology from Capella University, focusing on gamification, engagement, and best-practice training types. Her professional passion lies in creating accessible tools and interventions that empower caregivers while prioritizing the well-being of the entire family system. Anesa’s approach is built on connection and rapport, creating an environment rooted in psychological safety. She views behaviors as data to better understand and support children, fostering authenticity and guidance as families work toward understanding challenging behaviors. Outside of work, Anesa enjoys spending time with her family, going to the beach, dancing, swimming, and reading. She lives in Huntington Beach, California, with her husband and two children.
