Ashley Holland-Denis, LMFT, is a dedicated mental health practitioner with a passion for supporting the emotional well-being of children and families. Her journey into the field began in childhood when a therapist visited her third-grade classroom to teach about emotions and coping—skills she continues to use today. That early experience sparked a lifelong interest in mental health and the power of therapeutic connection.
After earning her B.S. in Social Psychology, Ashley worked as a Parent Support Partner at a local community mental health center, where she helped caregivers better understand mental health, build parenting skills, and access supportive services. Inspired by her work with parents, she went on to pursue graduate training in psychology with a focus on child and family care.
Her clinical experience centers on creating safe, supportive spaces for emotional expression and healing. Ashley believes deeply in the long-term benefits of helping children and families understand and process emotions. Her therapeutic approach is integrative and individualized—tailored to meet the unique goals and needs of each child, adult, or family she works with.
Whether she’s working with young children, teens, adults, or whole families, her mission is to uplift and empower others on their path toward greater well-being, personal growth, and meaningful connection.
Outside of her clinical work, Ashley enjoys doing art projects with her children and spending time outdoors with her family.
