Christian Feist, MA, MFT, is a licensed therapist with eight years of experience providing care across the lifespan, with a dedicated focus on children and adolescents. His clinical background includes work in community mental health, senior and caregiver support, and psychiatric hospital settings. Before transitioning into therapy, Christian built a career in the business world, bringing a unique perspective to his practice. As a husband, father, and outdoor enthusiast, he values connection, creativity, and time in nature. Christian is passionate about supporting children and their families and is grateful to have found his calling at Little Otter, where he helps kids and caregivers thrive. Christian’s philosophy centers on the understanding that caregivers hold deep insight into their children and families, making them essential partners in the therapeutic process. He values collaboration and strives to create relationships that are genuine, empathetic, and rooted in mutual respect. Working alongside caregivers, Christian takes time to explore each family’s experiences, challenges, and strengths. He believes that when caregivers feel valued, supported, and empowered with the right resources, their children are better able to grow, connect, and thrive. Outside of work, Christian enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, being outdoors and hiking with his dog Luna.
