Jacqueline Valdovinos, LMFT is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California whose work is guided by a deep passion for helping individuals and families heal from trauma, strengthen relationships, and build emotional resilience. As a Latina therapist and mother of four, Jacqueline brings both personal understanding and professional experience to her work with diverse communities. She is committed to creating a supportive, culturally sensitive, and nonjudgmental space where clients can safely explore their experiences, develop healthier coping strategies, and move toward meaningful change.
Jacqueline’s therapeutic approach integrates several evidence-based and relational modalities, including inner child work, family systems therapy, trauma-focused care, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). She also incorporates attachment-based, culturally responsive, emotionally focused, feminist, and motivational interviewing techniques to support clients in addressing trauma, improving relationships, and strengthening emotional well-being.
Outside of her professional work, Jacqueline enjoys spending time with her family, catching up on her favorite TV shows, cooking, and staying active through Zumba.
