Jessica Paez, BCBA, grew up in a Colombian-Brazilian household in Brazil and is fluent in Spanish, Portuguese, and English. She enjoys providing support in all three languages to ensure effective communication and culturally relevant care. Jessica is a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst with a Master of Science in Developmental Disabilities and Applied Behavior Analysis, and she has extensive experience working with children ages 2–18 diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, and other learning disabilities. She has also served as a Clinical Director for ABA pediatric therapeutic clinics, employing a multidisciplinary approach to care. Jessica is passionate about supporting neurodiverse early learners, adolescents, and adults, tailoring evidence- and research-based strategies to meet a variety of learning styles and needs.
As a clinician, Jessica believes parents are the real experts when it comes to their children and families. Her approach focuses on collaboration—listening with empathy and curiosity to find strategies that feel authentic and right for each family. She enjoys thinking creatively and outside the box, tailoring each strategy to fit the unique needs and priorities of the individuals she works with, ensuring that solutions are both practical and meaningful.
Outside of work, Jessica is a dedicated yogi and enjoys rollerblading along the Chicago lakeshore in the summertime.
