Katie Rexroat, M.A., BCBA, is a dedicated Board-Certified Behavior Analyst with nine years of experience supporting families and their children with behavioral and emotional challenges. She obtained her undergraduate degree in Psychology from Lewis & Clark College, where she also played collegiate basketball and provided one-on-one personal training to youth with developmental disabilities—an experience that sparked her passion for the field. Katie went on to earn her Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis with an emphasis in Autism from Ball State University. Since becoming a BCBA, Katie has worked with children ages 2 to 18 diagnosed with Autism and other mental health needs across clinic, home, and school settings. She emphasizes the strengths of each family and believes that listening and empathetic understanding are essential to building trust and rapport with both parents and children. Her goal is to empower parents with the tools and confidence they need to foster nurturing and effective parenting practices that promote their children’s healthy development. Outside of work, Katie enjoys spending time adventuring with her husband and three kids.
