Kimberly Rudolph, LCSW is a licensed clinical social worker with seven years of experience supporting children, adolescents, adults, and families. She earned her Master of Social Work from Rutgers University, where her training focused on clinical mental health services and addiction.
Kimberly has worked across a range of settings, including nonprofit organizations and in-home and virtual therapy, partnering closely with children, teens, and families. She has experience supporting clients navigating autism and ADHD, behavioral concerns, anxiety, mood disorders, and trauma, and values working collaboratively with caregivers to support the whole family.
Kimberly takes a collaborative, interactive, and solution-focused approach to therapy. She practices from an empathetic, strengths-based perspective and believes that each child and family is unique. Kimberly works to tailor care to each family’s individual needs, helping clients feel supported, understood, and empowered as they work toward meaningful change.
Outside of work, Kimberly enjoys spending time outdoors hiking and going to the beach, as well as connecting with friends and family.
