Lynette Hardimon, BCBA, has over a decade of experience supporting children and families, building a career grounded in both the science and compassion of behavior change. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and Clinical Supervisor, Lynette has conducted developmental assessments, designed individualized interventions, and provided collaborative parent training grounded in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Her work focuses on using data-driven insights to guide progress and ensure every program meets each learner’s unique needs. She has also provided consultation services, collaborating closely with educators and support staff to align behavioral programs with IEP goals and promote student success across home, school, and community settings. Lynette’s training foundation began as a Lead Teacher at early intervention centers and afterschool arts programs, where she developed a passion for helping children build confidence through fun, structured learning. She is committed to ensuring quality care and expanding administrative and clinical support for community-based programs across disciplines and diagnoses. Lynette holds degrees from Eastern Illinois University, Southern Illinois University Edwardsville, and The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. Lynette’s approach to behavior analytic practice emphasizes that growth happens when it is built on compassion, teamwork, and a little bit of fun. She partners with families to create practical, personalized strategies that bring out the best in everyone, focusing on building positive routines, improving communication, and celebrating progress—no matter how small. Lynette strives to make each session supportive, empowering, and engaging so caregivers feel confident and families feel fully supported. Outside of work, Lynette enjoys spending time with family and friends. She looks forward to working with your family.
