Rashda Lughmani, BCBA, is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst who has supported children, families, and caregivers across home, school, and community-based settings, both in-person and virtually. Her work has centered on helping families navigate developmental and behavioral challenges through evidence-based assessment, individualized treatment planning, and caregiver collaboration. Her goal has always been to partner with families to promote skill development, independence, and meaningful progress in daily life.
Her therapeutic approach is rooted in the belief that families are central to their child’s growth. She values collaboration with caregivers, working together to set goals that honor their child’s strengths, interests, and needs. Drawing on applied behavior analysis, positive behavior supports, and family-focused strategies, she creates practical, effective treatment plans. She approaches therapy with warmth, flexibility, and cultural sensitivity, tailoring interventions to fit each unique family. She believes children thrive when caregivers feel empowered, supported, and equipped with tools to foster connection and growth.
Outside of work, she loves watching her 2-year-old niece grow and learn, exploring new food spots, hiking, paddle boarding, and relaxing with a good nonfiction book on the couch.
