Sierra Meza, LCSW, is a licensed clinical social worker with a diverse background supporting individuals and families across a range of settings. She began her career working with children and young adults with developmental disabilities, helping them build inclusive, supportive, and fulfilling lives. Sierra has also worked in corrections and, most recently, has spent the past two years providing school-based mental health services to children and adolescents. Across all roles, she is deeply committed to helping individuals and families navigate challenges and move toward meaningful growth and connection.
Sierra’s therapeutic approach is grounded in the belief that each person is the expert of their own life. She sees herself as a guide—helping clients steer their own ship with clarity, confidence, and purpose. Her work is built on a foundation of trust, kindness, and mutual respect, and she integrates evidence-based practices tailored to each family's goals and needs. Through a collaborative process, she empowers children and caregivers with practical tools, emotional insight, and long-term strategies for success and well-being.
Outside of her clinical work, Sierra enjoys spending time with her many pets and staying active through hiking, biking, and running. She’s a lifelong Harry Potter fan and makes time each year to reread the series. A former aspiring singer, she continues to nurture her love of music as a member of her local community choir. She also finds joy in everyday routines, like walking her dogs and making dinner with her family.
