Sonia Terra, LMFT, is a licensed marriage and family therapist at Little Otter with over two decades of experience working with children, youth, and families across various settings including homes, clinics, and community-based environments. Sonia values a collaborative approach, ensuring every family member’s voice is heard and their beliefs honored, working together to support children and families in achieving meaningful goals.

Sonia began her educational journey as a Political Science major at Loyola Marymount University before discovering her passion for working with children. She earned her BA in Psychology from San Jose State University in 1998 and her MA in Counseling Psychology from Santa Clara University in 2002.
