Suzette Brillantes, LCSW, is a licensed clinical social worker with extensive experience supporting children and families facing a wide range of challenges, including child welfare involvement, family and intimate partner violence, and chronic mental illness. In her career, Suzette has worked with individuals dealing with depression, anxiety, acute stress, and PTSD. She is deeply committed to providing compassionate care to individuals and families navigating these complex and often painful experiences. Throughout her work, Suzette has developed expertise in trauma-informed care, working with individuals across all age groups to support their mental health needs and foster emotional resilience.
Suzette's approach is grounded in evidence-based practices and a deep understanding of the unique struggles families and children face. She utilizes a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to provide effective treatment tailored to each individual's needs. Her goal is always to help clients heal and grow, supporting them in achieving a greater sense of well-being and emotional balance.
Outside of work, Suzette enjoys spending time with her family, engaging in outdoor activities, and continuously learning and growing in her practice.
