Tanya Lee, LCSW, is a licensed clinical social worker and nationally certified Cognitive Behavioral Therapist through the Academy of Cognitive Behavioral Therapies. She has extensive experience providing psychotherapy, case management, and crisis intervention to children, youth, and families. Tanya is passionate about strengthening parent-child relationships through interventions that consider the developing brain, and she supports emotional intelligence by using practical, everyday opportunities for growth.
Tanya earned her Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Southern California. She has provided individual psychotherapy to young adults and parents navigating childhood trauma and current life stressors, helping them enhance their skills for emotional well-being. Her primary approach is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and she is trained in several evidence-based practices including Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), Seeking Safety, and Managing and Adapting Practice (MAP).
Her areas of expertise include, but are not limited to: depression, anxiety, trauma, stress and anger management, autism, ADHD, grief and loss, parent-child relationships, and skill-building. Tanya understands how important it is to find the right therapist for your child or family, and she is dedicated to providing a safe, non-judgmental space for healing.
