Tiffany Fuentes, LPCC is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor who works with children, teens, young adults, and families. She specializes in supporting clients navigating anxiety, self-doubt, depression, and identity exploration, and brings a unique, welcoming perspective through her interest in Geek Therapy. Tiffany earned her bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and Social Behavior and Educational Sciences, and later completed her master’s degree in Professional Clinical Counseling at Alliant International University. Throughout her training, she gained experience supporting students through mentorship and student affairs, and developed a strong passion for inclusivity, advocacy, and helping clients connect with their most authentic selves. Before joining Little Otter, Tiffany worked in a variety of clinical settings, including community-based telehealth services, substance use and mental health treatment, and intensive outpatient and partial hospitalization programs. She has worked closely with children, teens, and young adults ages 6–28, including autistic clients and their families, and discovered her passion for partnering with caregivers to support the whole family system. Tiffany takes a warm, compassionate, and client-centered approach to therapy, using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) in a way that is collaborative and paced to each client’s readiness. She focuses on creating a supportive space where children and families feel heard, empowered, and supported as they build skills, recognize patterns, and work toward meaningful, lasting change. Outside of therapy, Tiffany is a boba lover and theme park enthusiast. She enjoys reading fantasy novels, spending time outdoors with her emotional support dog, Vader, and singing karaoke with loved ones. Telehealth sessions may occasionally include a friendly cameo from Vader — despite his name, he’s very much on the light side and always happy to say hello.
