Bailey Hartman, LPCC, brings 28 years of experience working with children and adolescents across diverse settings, including mobile crisis, residential treatment, outpatient, juvenile detention, and intensive outpatient programs. She enjoys supporting children and families from all backgrounds facing a variety of challenges and looks forward to collaborating to address the issues currently troubling your family.

Her therapeutic approach is eclectic, integrating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) as needed. She has lived and worked in Arizona since 1998 and became licensed in California in 2023, currently splitting her time between both states. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking and kayaking.
