"They took beautiful care of us. Little Otter is an excellent option for those who can’t leave the house, who need a check in with their kid and want to know how to support their child in tough times."

Caregiver of 9 and 6 year old who graduated from care

"All the clinicians I worked with in the past 2 years were amazing and really made a difference for my family. I found Litter Otter life-changing for my family. Both my kids were able to get quality mental health care in the comfort of our home, and they both are doing great."

Mother of 13 and 11 year old who are in care

"My concerns and why we were initially seeking therapy stemmed from my son's social challenges and anxiety. He immediately developed a strong relationship with his therapist. You can see your kids open up and blossom, and see the development in real time. It's calming and reassuring that he's going to come out of the other side."

Parent of child who is in care

"Times are hard for these kids. They're going through things I didn't have to as a parent. Little Otter therapists are giving them the skills to navigate it. It's really beautiful to watch."

Mother of child who is in care

"You always want to think you can handle things as a family. But we don't always know what's best for our kids. Little Otter therapists and physicians can see things that we as parents can't see."

Caregiver of child who is in care

"I'm so pleased with the results we've gotten from Little Otter. Parenting is hard but it feels like I can just show up and say I need help, and they know exactly what to do."

Mother of child who is in care

"Little Otter is a game-changer. It is the solution that we needed and found that it worked for our family. It was effective, and thorough. My son was able to develop skills to help his anxiety, and he actually had fun. It’s so important at an early age for kids to have a healthy relationship with therapy."

Parent of child who is in care

"Other virtual therapy platforms aren’t like this. This service is so convenient and effective. My son would go to the school’s counseling office to attend sessions so he was getting the care he needed when it was convenient for our family."

FAQs

What issues/challenges do you address?

Our providers have experience across a wide range of concerns like tantrums, separation anxiety, focus & attention, building resilience, building independence, patience, depression, trauma, eating disorders, OCD, grief, and loss.

We do not provide an initial diagnosis for Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), however we do provide care for the most common co-occurring mental health challenges for kids with ASD.

How much do services cost?

Little Otter is partnering with the State of Oklahoma to screen for mental health concerns and provide free mental health care services for children ages 0-5 and their families.

Do you accept insurance?

We are currently not in-network with any insurance in Oklahoma. If you choose to use Little Otter for your family’s mental health care, you can submit claims to your insurance provider to receive reimbursement. Generally plans reimburse 40-70% of the session after you have met your deductible. However, this is dependent on your personal coverage.

We will provide the proper documentation (called a superbill), which you can submit to your insurance provider. Check out our article to learn more about out-of-network services. All insurance reimbursement requires a mental health diagnosis.
