Jennifer Jones, LMFT, has spent the past 10 years working with children, adolescents, and families across various school settings, including public and non-public school programs. She is honored to support families who have experienced adversity or trauma, joining them on their path toward lasting healing. Jennifer specializes in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Art Therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). She tailors her approach to the unique needs of each child and family, drawing from multiple modalities to support growth and positive change. Jennifer’s therapeutic approach is grounded in the belief that caregivers are the experts on their children and essential partners in the therapeutic process. She works closely with caregivers to build authentic, compassionate, and respectful partnerships. Together, they develop treatment goals and use evidence-based strategies to foster meaningful and lasting growth. Jennifer deeply believes that children thrive when their caregivers feel supported, heard, and equipped with the resources they need to lead their families. For her, the greatest success is witnessing families heal together. Outside of work, Jennifer loves camping, hiking, spending time in nature, raising monarch butterflies, and engaging in creative activities like drawing. She enjoys quality time with family and friends, playing sports (especially soccer), caring for her pets, and learning new things—whether it’s surfing, gardening, or cooking recipes from her culture. “Every day, in a hundred small ways, our children ask… do you see me? Do you hear me? Do I matter? My answer is always yes—I see you, I hear you, and you matter. I am truly blessed to walk alongside you on this journey.”
