Kathryn Lorentz, LMFT, is a licensed marriage and family therapist with experience supporting individuals and families through a variety of clinical concerns. She earned her Master of Arts in Marital and Family Therapy with a concentration in Family Dynamics from California School of Professional Psychology, Alliant University. Her clinical expertise includes Attachment Theory, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Crisis Intervention, Addiction Treatment, Trauma-Informed Care, and Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT).
Kathryn utilizes a holistic approach grounded in authenticity, creating a nonjudgmental environment that fosters a strong therapeutic alliance—an integral part of the therapeutic process.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her rescue dogs, gardening, hiking, traveling, and being with those closest to her.
